EIM group sees as a prime importance in being connected to the community in a long range and binding relationship.
The positioning of the group in Israel enables a day by day relationship of its employees with the community.
We gave ourselves a target to integrate between values of professionalism and altruism. In this framework, EIM group operates jointly with other groups, schools, police, and manufacturer's union and local urbanities in wide range relationships that are related to the company's values.
We are active members of the teaching committee of the labor union and in this framework we are adopting two high schools in Petach Tikva and in Carmiel, and their electronics departments. In addition we take a central part in electronics courses undertaken by teachers throughout the country in order to qualify a future generation that is professional and skilled, that can perform according to modern industrial requirements. EIM group supports activities for children in distress in the framework of "Children with a Chance" society, and allocates resources for it. In addition we allocate equipment and resources to the tenants of the Raanana hostel "Bait Halomi" that belongs to "Akim", and also for kindergardens for children with disabilities in Petach Tikva and in Rishon Letzion. In addition EIM group donates by buying presents from our children's societies during Purim and Hanukka , and the proceeds go to children that are hospitalized in "Schneider" children's hospital. The activities of the group for the society has been ongoing for many years, and for over 17 years EIM employs people referred to us from "Nitzan Onim" union, in the framework of support of employment. The employees are paid and are considered full employees and are given all the social benefits that are given to all EIM employees. The employees of EIM are one of EIM's most valuable assets. To our great joy, our employees are ready to support and help. This enabled us to find a large group that volunteer to the national traffic police. Other employees help children do their homework, by guidance and by personal escorts.
EIM group supported the activities to release Gilad Shalit. Employees from central and north branches marched all the way to Jerusalem in the "walk for Gilad". EIM group was chosen by Raphael to participate in the flag program to get a standard for "Social Responsibility". We were chosen from over 4000 active vendors. We intend to receive this standard during 2012. We believe that due to our participation in a wide range of humane and high values activities, it causes us to amplify our business, professional and social skills, that are vital to our existence and success.
